  • Perrine Delandre joined STORK Avocats in 2023 after working for ten years at Gide Loyrette Nouel as an associate and later as counsel.

  • She works in the infrastructure, energy, real estate, hospitality and tourism fields, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa. She advises public authorities, investors, promoters and industrialists (local and foreign), assisting them in the execution of development projects, including project structuring, implementation (during the construction and operation phases) and financing.

  • Perrine Delandre advises governments on strategic sectoral reforms, transaction structuring, and the drafting and negotiating of contractual documentation related to these projects.

  • She is also involved in the implementation of major financing on the African continent, as well as in Europe, for clients looking to expand their operations there.

  • In 2020, Perrine Delandre actively participated in the creation of the first-ever think tank within a law firm, A New ROAD (A New Round-Table On African Debts), dedicated to public debt. It brings together decision-makers, institutions, commercial banks, and private operators as well as internationally renowned financial and legal experts to offer innovative solutions regarding the sustainability of African debt and the promotion of foreign investments on the continent.

  • Perrine Delandre served within the Primature of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, providing direct assistance to the Prime Minister for one year in Abidjan.

  • Perrine Delandre is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master’s 2 Degree in Banking and Finance Law and Master’s 2 Degree in Business Law).
