Jean-Etienne Guitard joined Stork Avocats in 2025 as a trainee lawyer.

He advises investors, developers, and industrial groups on the structuring, development (during both the construction and operation phases), and financing of projects, primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa.

He is also involved in real estate financing and acquisition finance matters.

Jean-Etienne Guitard holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Law and Art History from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as a Master’s degree (LL.M equivalent) in International and European Business Law (M240) from Université Paris-Dauphine.
