Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Constance Bennet joined STORK Avocats in 2023 after seven years of experience within the Projects (Finance & Infrastructure) department at Gide Loyrette Nouel as a legal consultant and later as an associate.

She advises investors, promoters and industrialists on the structuring, development (both in the construction and operation phases), and financing of projects in the infrastructure and real estate sectors, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa. Constance Bennet is particularly involved in many projects in the tourism and leisure sector.

Constance Bennet also advises governments, helping them define and implement complex sectoral reforms with an economic sovereignty dimension.

In 2020, Constance Bennet actively participated in the creation of the first-ever think tank within a law firm, A New ROAD (A New Round-Table On African Debts), dedicated to public debt. It brings together decision-makers, institutions, commercial banks, and private operators as well as internationally renowned financial and legal experts to offer innovative solutions regarding the sustainability of African debt and the promotion of foreign investments on the continent.

Constance Bennet is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master’s 1 Degree in Business Law, LL.M Business Law of Arab countries) and HEC Paris (Specialized Master’s Degree in Law and International Management).
