Aurélien de Castéja joined the firm in 2023 to lead the Structured Finance team after thirteen years’ experience at Gide Loyrette Nouel as associate and then counsel of the Banking and Finance / Project Finance department.

He specialises in structured bond and bank financing, and acts primarily on project finance, real estate financing, acquisition and leverage financing (LBOs) as well as sovereign financing. He advises states, public entities, investment funds and private / institutional investors, on carrying out their investment projects, including their structuring and implementation.

He holds an LLM in international business law from King’s College London, a Master’s degree in business law from Paris Descartes University and an LLB in English law from Kent University.

He speaks French, English and Spanish.
